Starting New Service
Starting new service:

Complete application. Sign Conditions of Service,
Membership card and the utility form.
- Return above items along with a copy of each applicant’s driver’s license. If you
will be faxing the documents to us, please enlarge and lighten your driver’s license.
Some sheets are for information only. Only return forms requiring a signature.
- Include the date (Monday – Friday) that you would like your service connected.
A minimum deposit of $100.00 and a $25.00 establishment fee are required for each
electric service.
Some properties have two or more electric services. Fees of $125.00 for each service
are required.
You may pay the fees with a VISA or MASTERCARD by calling in the information or
providing the card number, expiration date and name on the card with your paperwork.
Checks and cash are also welcome.
If Southern California Edison (Edison International) is your current utility, you
will need to contact them at 800-950-2356 and request a letter of credit.
We will connect the electric service without the letter of credit allowing you time
to receive it.
Please be sure that you provide us with correct phone numbers and e-mail addresses
as we will need to be able to get in touch in with you prior to connecting the service
in order to confirm location, payment and connection date.
DO NOT ASSUME THAT THE ELECTRIC SERVICE WILL BE SCHEDULED TO BE CONNECTED UNLESS
YOU HEAR FROM OUR OFFICE.
Stopping Service
If you need to have your electric service disconnected (Monday – Friday) please
contact the cooperative office at 951-763-4333 or by e-mail at
aec@anzaelectric.org.
Please do not assume that we have received your request by e-mail unless you hear
back from our office.
Reporting a power outage, downed power lines or other service problem.
If you need to report downed power lines, a power outage or other service problem,
please contact our office at 951-763-4333 during business hours Monday – Friday,
7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
If you need to report a problem after hours, our crew is on standby 24 hours a day.
